Scrabble Group
We host a scrabble event every Tuesday from 10.30 – 12.30, everyone welcome. Fun and social interaction more important than high scores!
Short Story Reading Group
The group usually meet on Wednesday afternoons from 14:00 – 15.30 to read short stories together before a good chat about the stories and everything else!
Creative Writers
Our writers and poets meet on Fridays from 11:00 – 12.30. This is an informal group with tutors occasionally leading the activities.
Knitting Group
The ladies (men welcome!) meet on the last Thursday of the month from 14:00 – 16:00. We knit items requested by various charities including hats, baby clothes, children’s jumpers, worry monsters and squares for blankets.
For FAQs, information about joining the library and membership forms see Your Local Library.
