Facilities were good, staff very accommodating thanks.

We could have done with more attendees however, competing with Obama and Eastenders!

Happy to use Centre again.

Having hired the facilities for the Highland Coaching Conference, I felt compelled to write to you to acknowledge a few wonderful people at your school. Firstly however, I must say that we found the venue to be exceptional which suited our event very well. The response from the delegates confirms this and they were complimentary about the Craigmonie Centre / GUHS and the facilities therein. Having the necessary IT support in each room made a world of difference to me as I normally have to run round linking up laptops and projectors etc!

The success is in no small way also due to the excellent work by Fran Davidson who went out of her way to ensure it ran well for us by adding signs around the building to guide people to the rooms for their workshops and having all equipment ready on the day in addition to her meetings to ensure we knew the facility, understood our requirements and ensured all bases were covered…thank you Fran for helping us make this a very successful event. Of course Batestino had a hand in this and I would ask that you express our gratitude to him for his faultless and ongoing support during the day. No request seemed to be a chore and I doubt he could have done any more to assist us.

Lastly, Rosemary Woodhouse kindly found us two pupil volunteers to assist with welcoming delegates to the conference by running the reception and serving refreshments and lunches. Please convey my most sincere thanks to them as they performed these duties admirably and professionally which allowed myself, and my staff, the time required to ensure other parts of the conference ran smoothly. It was very comforting to know that if I asked the girls to do something, they would definitely do it and do it well. This included washing up after every refreshment break and the lunch, delivering bottled water round the school to the conference rooms and assisting delegates with directions etc.

All at Coaching Highland are thoroughly delighted with Glen Urquhart High School and the Craigmonie Centre and with your permission, I will most definitely look to run our conference at this most excellent venue next year!

I just wanted to thank you and everyone at the Craigmonie Centre for your help over the organisation of our event.

As you know we have not used the venue before, but it was absolutely perfect for our needs and with everything arranged and organised as we had agreed. The food was super too and much enjoyed by all who were there.

I appreciate you bearing with me over my last minute change of plans, The schools who travelled in from the west coast were really pleased that we moved an event closer to them, and I hope we shall be able to do it again in the future.
