NEW -POKER CIRCUITS FITNESS CLASS - with Gavin Heath PT 

Classes will be held in the Theatre of the Craigmonie Centre, Glenurquhart High School.

Tuesdays 6.45pm - 7.45pm

This is not a competitive Circuits class - very much from beginners to advanced. It is to be done at your own pace and level of fitness.

Full instructions of exercise forms and techniques will be provided.

£3 per session - PAYG

Please make sure the gym shoes you are wearing are not the ones you arrive in, and also you bring water and a towel, if required.
