Body Efficiency & Stability Training

Craigmonie Centre - Drumnadrochit.

Thursdays: 8th, 15th , 22nd, 29th November

12 noon to 1pm-

The B.E.S.T class (Body Efficiency & Stability Training) is a low impact class suitable for individuals who want to improve balance, coordination and strength. 

 

The majority of the exercises in the early stages will be floor based (carpeted) as this is a safe place for individuals rebuilding their balance.

This class does not involve any running or jumping. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

 

The exercises are designed to improve:

 

Thoracic mobility through flexion/extension/rotation

Knee mobility through flexion & extension exercises

Hip mobility and gluteal/hamstring stimulation/strengthening through hip extension

Shoulder girdle/scapular stability exercises 

 

All welcome - Price:  £3 per session. Includes Tea and Coffee
